Wanda Group opened its latest Wanda Plaza property in Jiaxing on June 12, 2015. After a construction period of only 22 months, the company’s 111^th Wanda Plaza property and 9^th project in Zhejiang Province is finally open to the public.

The project has a total gross floor area of 700,000 square meters, with a total investment of RMB 6 billion. The opening day attracted close to 200,000 people, with total sales of 11 million yuan. The project houses a large shopping center, SOHO apartments and deluxe apartments. The arrival of Jiaxing Wanda Plaza is expected to greatly enhance the city’s commercial landscape.
