On November 5, Li Lanqing unveiled his new book Sketching for Masters at the Carving and Sketching Art Exhibition in Wuhan. On the same day, Mr. Li, former Member of the Standing Committee of Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, Vice-Premier of State Council, accompanied by Yang Song, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and Ruan Chengfa, Member of the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial CPC, Party secretary of Wuhan Municipal Committee of the CPC, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, visited the Chu River and Han Street in the 1^st phase of Wuhan Central Cultural Zone.
